Michael Kapsner

Michael Kapsner is a Senior Analyst at MAG Aerospace since August 2020, with a strong background in program management and engineering. Prior to MAG Aerospace, Kapsner served as Program Manager at PAE, leading a team focused on a multi-domain sensor integration system, primarily in coastal Africa. Experience also includes roles as Systems Engineer at Sierra Management and Technologies, Engineer at Neany, Inc., and Engineer at AbeoTS where responsibilities encompassed support for UAV systems and architecture improvements for security operations. Earlier in the career, Kapsner held positions as Software Lead at Computer Sciences Corporation and as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. A foundational role as SSgt, Satellite Communications Technician was held in the US Air Force from 1983 to 1992. Kapsner holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
