Bart Griffijn has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bart began their career as an intern at Pilot Hose & Tube Assemblies, where they implemented KANBAN systems and built a system for calculating part requirements. Bart then interned at Fromatech Ingredients, where they managed the export of goods and drafted export documentation. After that, they interned at Saint-Gobain Abrasives.
In 2008, Bart joined Rockwool Lapinus Production as an intern, evaluating the performance indicators of the logistics department. Bart formulated suggestions for improvement based on extensive process mapping and interviews.
Moving on, Bart worked at MAG45, starting as a Contract Manager in 2010, and then progressing to various roles such as Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and Manager Sourcing. In their positions, they worked closely with different departments, managing the design and implementation of customer-specific solutions, coordinating business development activities, and managing the sourcing department. Bart also played a key role in marketing and sales planning, building customer networks, and managing the sales pipeline. Bart is currently serving as the Director of Procurement at MAG45.
Bart Griffijn's education history includes several academic experiences. Bart attended Maastricht University from 2008 to 2009 where they pursued a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management. From 2004 to 2008, they studied at Fontys University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Logistics. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they attended Gilde and specialized in Logistiek en supply chain. In 2015, Bart enrolled in the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University to complete a program called Essentials of Leadership. Additionally, in 2017, they participated in a short course on Principled Open Negotiation at Frits Philips jr & Partners B.V.
