Wendi joined Magdalene in January 2021 as Head of Human Resources. Supported by a Divisional HR team Wendi is responsible for delivering Telecoms People Strategy into Magdalene. Wendi is MCIPD qualified with over 20 years of extensive Leadership experience gained predominately within the Finance and Insurance sectors having undertaken previous HRD and Operations Management roles within both large corporates and entrepreneurial SME businesses
