Rakesh Paulraj

Rakesh Paulraj is a seasoned data engineering manager with extensive experience in leading development teams and driving data integration efforts across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Engineering and Data Integration at Magellan Health since September 2021, Rakesh oversees a team of over 10 members while managing enterprise data analytics, engineering, and cloud architecture using AWS technologies. Prior to this role, Rakesh held various positions at Tenet Healthcare, including Senior Data Engineer, where significant contributions were made to cloud platform migration and developing executive scorecards. Rakesh's earlier experiences include relevant consulting roles in ETL development and data migration for companies like Frontier Communications and Cox Communications. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from the College of Engineering, Guindy and a Data Engineering Nanodegree from Udacity.
