Evelien op den Kelder serves as an HRM Business Partner at Magentazorg since April 2018, focusing on coaching and advising management on workforce transitions and organizational issues, while also developing and implementing HR policies. Prior to this role, Evelien worked at Delta Lloyd from November 2014 to April 2018 as an HR Specialist in Performance Management & Reward, responsible for employee benefits, compensation policies, and performance management frameworks. At Boekel De Nerée, from December 2008 to November 2014 as a Human Resources Associate, Evelien managed HR administration, coordinated training programs, and participated in significant HR projects. Evelien began the HR career as a Trainee at Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel in early 2008. Academically, Evelien has enhanced expertise through various post-graduate courses, including a recent Post HBO diploma in Organizational Coaching and certifications in Project Management and Human Resources. Evelien holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland.
