Rex Northen

Rex leads MAGFAST’s finance and investment strategy. He has helped launch and run more startups than most will meet in 20 lifetimes: after graduating from Oxford, his first software company attracted clients like Body Shop, Honda and Shell. In Silicon Valley, he was CEO of Bizfinity, a ground-breaking online financial platform. Rex has been managing member of Merexa LLC, an online publishing company, since Jul 2005, and served as executive director of the Cleantech Open from Jan 2009 to Dec 2015. The Cleantech Open is the world’s largest accelerator for clean-technology startups. Rex has served with as Treasurer of MAGFAST LLC (DE) since inception.
