Kevin Gilbert has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as the General Managing Partner and Executive Chef General Manager at Maggiano's Little Italy since November 2001. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at Hilton Anaheim from November 1992 to October 2001 as an Executive Sous Chef. Kevin holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America and Cypress College.
