With a robust background in compensation management, Jill has held significant roles at notable organizations such as Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, where project management and expert guidance during a merger were key responsibilities, and Haemonetics, where Jill successfully redesigned sales compensation plans for global employees. Jill's early career included positions at Clarks Americas, Covidien, and PartyLite, among others, spanning diverse industries and demonstrating a deep understanding of compensation strategies and total rewards infrastructure development. Jill holds a BSBA in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from Northeastern University.
