Joleen Damian

Joleen Damian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll management and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as the Senior Payroll Manager at Magic Leap since May 2016, Joleen oversees payroll for over 1,200 US employees and 250 international employees across multiple countries, while also providing support to the accounting and treasury departments. Previously, Joleen owned Get Fit Now, where fitness expertise as a certified personal trainer was utilized, and Premier Designs Jewelry, offering high-fashion jewelry at accessible prices. Joleen's background includes a role as a Valpak Sales Consultant, where business account management and marketing strategies were key responsibilities, as well as significant experience at Alamo Rent A Car as a Senior Manager in Administrative Sales. Joleen holds a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a certification in personal training from the Fitness Institute.
