Marco Reato

Marco Reato is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Magic Leap since January 2023. Previously, Marco held positions at 时识科技, where contributions included managing the architectural evolution of a C++ Python extension module for low-power neuromorphic processors and developing a task scheduling library for neuromorphic event processing. Marco's earlier experience includes roles at 3DEverywhere S.r.l. as a Computer Vision Software Engineer, focusing on IoT product line architecture and image filtering optimization, as well as research fellow positions at the Werner Reichardt Centre for Integrative Neuroscience and the University of Padova, where the development of tracking algorithms and analytical tools for electrophysiological traces was undertaken. Marco holds a Laurea Magistrale LM and Laurea triennale in Physics from Università degli Studi di Padova, completed in 2015 and 2012, respectively.
