Rolando Ramon

Rolando Ramon serves as the Western Operations Officer and GIS Administrator at Magic Valley Electric Cooperative since March 2009, overseeing GIS database administration and project management while providing training and support to GIS operators. Prior experience includes working as an Engineering Assistant at Wharton County Electric Co-Op, where responsibilities encompassed administering and maintaining GIS databases and assisting the engineering department from August 2006 to March 2009, as well as a Computer Aided Draftsman II role at Magic Valley Electric Cooperative from February 1997 to August 2006. Rolando Ramon holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership (expected 2027) and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership (2020) from Our Lady of the Lake University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Technology Management from South Texas College (2011).
