Farangis Sharifbaeva has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Farangis is currently working for MAG (Mines Advisory Group) as the Head of Support Services since September 2021. Earlier in their career, Farangis worked as the Administration Manager at Deutsche Gesellshaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit from August 2005 to November 2006, and as the Finance Consultant at "The Youth Against Drugs" NGO from January 2005 to July 2005. Farangis started their career as a Leading Economist at OJSC 'Tajiksodirotbank' from January 2001 to November 2004, and as an Economist from August 1998 to December 2000.
Farangis Sharifbaeva began their education in 1990 at Tajik State National University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Economic and Social Planning in 1995. Farangis then pursued further education at the Institute of Economy of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, earning their Ph.D in Economic Sciences in 2011.
