Robert Troy MInstRE is an experienced technical operations manager specializing in mine action and explosive ordnance disposal. Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at MAG (Mines Advisory Group) since January 2023, Robert has previously held various leadership roles at MAG including Technical Field Manager Team Leader and Field Technical Manager. Prior experience encompasses operations management at DCA and Global Technical Adviser at Danish Demining Group, where Robert developed and delivered training solutions while ensuring compliance with international standards. A former Advanced Explosive Ordnance Disposal Operator with HM Forces, Robert has extensive experience advising military personnel and managing multi-task teams. Education includes attendance at Coleraine Boys Secondary from 1981 to 1986.
