Norbert Hartmann

Norbert Hartmann has a diverse and extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Norbert started their career as an IVECO trainee in 1988 and worked as a group leader in process engineering for truck cab production. From there, they progressed to various roles within IVECO, including production manager for turntable ladders and platforms for fire fighting, and head of production for fire fighting turntable ladders and aerial work platforms. In 2008, they became a plant manager for IVECO in Weisweil, overseeing back-office operations, offer and order management, and development and production of fire fighting units on all CV chassis. Norbert was also a senior platform manager for IVECO Magirus FF group during this time. In 2013, Hartmann joined Magirus GmbH as a senior logistic plant manager for the fire fighting plant in Ulm and eventually became the head of order execution management.

Norbert Hartmann has a diverse education history. From 1978 to 1981, they attended Fa. Wilhelm Sihn - Antennenfabrik, where they studied as a Werkzeugmacher, focusing on toolmaking for punching tools, injection molding tools, and special tools for assembly.

Later, from 1984 to 1988, Norbert Hartmann pursued a degree at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Dipl. Ing (FH) in Maschinenbau-Fertigungstechnik & Konstruktionslehre. This degree specialized in machine construction engineering and manufacturing.
