Ryan McKenzie

Ryan McKenzie currently serves as General Counsel and Secretary at Magis Capital Partners, a position held since April 2021, and previously held the role of Deputy General Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and Senior Counsel in Content Acquisition at Comcast from September 2014 to April 2021. Earlier in the career, Ryan held various legal positions at Stradley Ronon, Mayer Brown, and McKee Nelson, focusing on business, banking, and capital markets law. Ryan began the professional journey as a Risk Manager at GE Capital and as a Financial Analyst at PNC Bank. Academically, Ryan earned a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
