Phillip Gomez

Phillip Gomez began their work experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Texas Christian University in October 2010. From September 2011 to April 2012, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the same institution. In 2011, they also started working at AVX Aircraft Company, where they held the roles of Dynamics Engineer from November 2011 to January 2016, and later became an Aeromechanics Engineer from January 2016 to April 2018. In April 2018, Gomez joined Bell Flight as a Rotor Dynamics & Aeromechanics Engineering Specialist, a role they held until January 2023. Their most recent position is as a Rotor Dynamics Lead at Maglev Aero, which they began in January 2023.

Phillip Gomez completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Christian University in the years 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University during the period of 2012 to 2015.
