Matt Muldavin

Matt Muldavin currently serves as Head of Human Capital at Magma Partners, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Matt Muldavin worked at Egon Zehnder from September 2018 to August 2022, holding various titles including Associate and Digital & BD Lead for Latin America North, as well as Senior Analyst focusing on the North America Practice in Digital. Earlier experience includes an analyst role at Strategic Development Solutions from 2016 to 2017, concentrating on real estate impact investing and energy incentives. Matt Muldavin also authored a paper on safe plyometric training for teenagers during high school, published by the International Youth Conditioning Association. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from UCLA and further studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
