Haytham Abdelkarim

Haytham Abdelkarim has extensive experience in software architecture within the automotive industry, currently serving as Team Lead - Software Architecture and Lead Software Architect at Magna International since January 2020. Prior roles include Lead SW System Architect and Software System Architect at Continental, where projects involved advanced multi-core systems and collaborations with global teams. Previously, Haytham held multiple positions at IBM, contributing to innovative embedded automotive solutions and leading large engineering teams. Haytham possesses a strong technical background, with expertise in model-based development, requirements analysis, and architectural consultancy, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University.
