Mike Smalley

Mike Smalley is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in global tax strategy and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Global Tax at Magna International since February 2012, Mike oversees various areas including international tax, transfer pricing, M&A, and tax controversy. Prior to this role, Mike held positions as VP of Global Tax & Treasury at Key Safety Systems and Director of Domestic Tax at TRW Automotive. Mike began their career at KPMG US, where significant contributions included tax consulting and compliance. Mike possesses a Master's in Tax Law/Taxation and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from Florida State University.
