Peter Elliot

Peter Elliot currently serves as a Board Member for the Canadian Cyber Threat Exchange (CCTX) since May 2023. With a longstanding career at Magna International starting in January 2003, Peter has held multiple roles including Vice President of Information Security Risk & Compliance, Global Information Security Officer, and Deputy Global Information Security Officer. Previous positions at Magna also encompass IT Tower Manager for Global Network Services & Security Operations Center and Network Security roles in Europe. Prior experience includes a role as a Network Consultant at ProductBase Inc. and an IT Support Internship at MDS Proteomics Inc. Peter began a career in technology with positions at Cygnal Technologies and Staples Business Depot. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Telecommunications Technology from Sheridan College, alongside professional training at RSA Security Inc. and Global Knowledge.
