Ray Pembroke

Ray Pembroke is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Finance at Magna International since August 2021, Ray's previous positions include Finance Manager at Arthur Cox and Financial and Management Accountant at ISS A/S. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Accountant at both Citi and Macquarie Group, along with a significant tenure at PwC Ireland, where responsibilities progressed from Associate to Assistant Audit Manager. Ray holds a Diploma in IFRS and is a Chartered Accountant, having studied at Chartered Accountants Ireland and University College Dublin, where a Bachelor's degree in Commerce was achieved.
