Michael Wehrli

Michael Wehrli is a financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and investment banking. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Magna-Tiles® since March 2021, Wehrli previously held the role of Vice President at Raymond James and Vice President of Investment Banking (M&A) at Lincoln International, where responsibilities included providing merger and acquisition advisory services, conducting detailed financial analyses, and coordinating due diligence processes. Earlier in the career, Wehrli worked as a Tax Manager at Deloitte, focusing on tax return filings and complex tax research for corporations and partnerships. Wehrli holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additional educational experiences include studies in Italy and training at the Investment Banking Institute and the National Outdoor Leadership School.
