Jake Rogers

Jake Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jake began their career in 1988 as a Radio and Satellite Operator in the US Army, where they served in various divisions and gained expertise in satellite communications. After leaving the military in 1994, Jake worked as a Technical Trainer at Venntronix Corporation, delivering engagements for government agencies and Fortune 100 companies. Jake then joined RAM Mobile Data as a Network Operations Engineer, providing mobile and managed infrastructure solutions.

In 1997, Jake became an IT Manager at ASW Global, a renowned logistics provider, where they developed expertise in cross-docking, warehousing, and value-added services. Jake then joined Sterling Jewelers as a Computer Operations Supervisor, overseeing IT operations for numerous jewelry retail brands.

From 2005 to 2007, Jake served as an IT Manager at Black, McCuskey, Souers & Arbaugh, a full-service law firm, where they utilized their skills in technology and law. Jake then transitioned to DRS LLC, an IT consulting firm, taking on the role of VP Service Delivery/vCIO trusted advisor. At DRS, they focused on efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction while managing cloud services, data center operations, and network infrastructure deployments.

In 2007, Jake joined Involta as the Director of Service Delivery, leading IT intelligence and end-to-end infrastructure services for clients in mission-critical industries. Jake held this position until 2019 when they became the Vice President of Operations at Apogee IT Services, a close-knit group specializing in IT support and services. Finally, in 2019, Jake established CXIT LLC, where they currently serve as the Owner/CEO, leveraging their extensive industry knowledge and experiences to lead the company.

Jake Rogers has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Project Management from Malone University. Jake also has completed coursework in Information Technology from the University of Mount Union.
