Rafal Lebida

Rafal Lebida is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in help desk management and technical support. Currently serving as Help Desk Manager and previously as Help Desk Engineer at Magna5 since March 2022, Rafal has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills. Prior to Magna5, Rafal worked as a Help Desk Engineer at TCG Network Services from May 2021 to March 2022 and as an Information Technology Specialist at Palmer Public Schools from July 2017 to May 2021. Educationally, Rafal holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Springfield Technical Community College, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
