Alyssa Streleckis is an experienced professional in client services and project management, currently serving as a Senior Client Services Manager at Magna5 since September 2022, following the acquisition of Interphase Systems, Inc. where Alyssa worked from January 2014 to September 2022. Alyssa has a strong background in managing client relationships and ensuring delivery quality across various sectors. Prior to Interphase Systems, Alyssa spent over a decade at AmeriGas Propane, where roles included Senior Business Process Analyst and IT Service Desk Manager, focusing on improving IT processes and managing service desk operations. Alyssa holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.
