Jacob Kimmerling

Jacob Kimmerling has a diverse range of work experience. Jacob started their career in 2015 as a Shift Manager at Prospect Pizza, where they managed a team, oversaw food preparation, and handled financial responsibilities. In 2017, they became a Helpdesk Technician at Pittsburgh Technical College, providing technical support to students and faculty. In 2018, Jacob joined Magna5 as an IT Operations Center Engineer, where they responded to alerts and tickets, troubleshooted various issues, and updated outdated procedures. Jacob later took on the role of Tier 2 Operations Engineer and eventually became a Tier 2 Engineer Team Lead.

Jacob Kimmerling attended Butler County Area Vocational-Technical School from 2014 to 2016, focusing on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Jacob then pursued an Associate's degree in Information Technology with a concentration in network administration from 2016 to 2018 at Pittsburgh Technical College.
