Eric Nordeen

Eric Nordeen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Eric started their career in 1989 as an Agricultural Employee at Nordeen Industries, Inc. In 1995, they ended their role there after six years. In 1997, they worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern at The Green House Fine Herbs, Inc. and in 1998, they held a similar role at Solectron.

In 2000, Nordeen joined Agilent Technologies as a Senior Process Engineer, eventually becoming a Supply Chain Planning Manager in 2004 and a Division NPI and Quality Manager in 2006, a position they held until 2008.

Eric then joined Keysight Technologies in 2008, serving as a Division Manufacturing and Quality Manager until 2015, after which they became the US Operations Manager until 2016.

Since 2016, Nordeen has been working at MagnaFlow, where they have held multiple positions. Eric first held the role of Supply Chain Manager from 2016 to 2017, then became the Director of Supply Chain from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the title of Vice President of Manufacturing Operations.

Eric Nordeen received their high school education from Fallbrook Union High School, graduating with a High School Diploma in the year 1995. Eric then pursued higher education at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
