Fadi Bachir

Fadi Bachir has a diverse and extensive work experience in roles related to human resources. Fadi is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Magnati since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of People at BitOasis from July 2021 to February 2023. From April 2019 to May 2021, Fadi worked as the Chief People Officer at Boutiqaat. Before that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer- MENA-GCC at Delivery Hero SE from January 2015 to April 2019.

Prior to their leadership roles in major companies, Fadi worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at ABYAT from January 2011 to December 2014. Fadi also gained valuable experience as the Human Resources Services Manager at M. H. Alshaya Co. from May 2007 to December 2010. Fadi started their career as the Students Affairs/ Internship and Orientation Unit Manager at AUL University from October 2002 to April 2006.

Fadi Bachir has a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from AUL (Arts, Sciences and Technology University), which they obtained between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies at Lebanese University from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Fadi has obtained several certifications, including "Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits," "Train the Trainer," "Creating a Leadership Development Program," "Finding and Retaining High Potentials," "Succession Planning," "Scrum: The Basics," "What Is Scrum?," "Body Language for Leaders (2015)," and "Using Data Science to Hire Employees." These certifications were acquired from LinkedIn, with the most recent ones obtained in 2021.
