Sonu Sunny

Sonu Sunny has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. In 2015, they began their career as a NOC Engineer at Tata Docomo Business Services, where they ensured the availability and efficiency of the team while handling critical alarms and providing support for network faults. Sonu then moved on to Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) in 2016 as a Transmission Engineer, responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining transmission networks for clients. In 2017, Sonu worked as a Jr Network Engineer at Tecacs IT Solutions Pvt ltd, and in 2018, they joined RAS Infotech Limited as a NOC Analyst, performing event/incident/problem management and IT availability and capacity management. At RAS Infotech Limited, Sonu also worked as a Tools Support Analyst and an Application Support Analyst before joining Magnati in 2023 as a Solution Support Engineer.

Sonu Sunny attended Cochin University of Science and Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including AppDynamics Verified Core APM from Cisco in February 2022, SMC from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2018, ITIL@Foundation(2011) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2018, G42 Cloud Certified Associate from G42 Cloud in October 2022. Sonu also holds certifications in CCNA R&S from Cisco and Six Sigma Yellow Belt from VMEdu Inc., but the dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
