Patricia Rizzo

Patricia Rizzo has extensive experience in human resources and education. At Magnetic Metals Corporation since July 2012, Patricia serves as a Human Resources Administrator and Payroll Specialist, responsible for applicant background checks, maintaining HR files in compliance with regulations, and managing benefits administration. Prior to this role, Patricia was a Language Arts Literacy Teacher for sixth grade at West Deptford Board of Education from September 2007 to June 2010, where technology was effectively integrated into the curriculum, and instruction was tailored using differentiated strategies. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Fairleigh Dickinson University, alongside an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College.
