Matthew Noska

Matthew Noska is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Magnifi Financial since August 2015, Matthew oversees the sourcing and recruiting strategy while being the primary recruiter for management positions. In January 2024, Matthew assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Rich Spring Golf Club. Previously, Matthew held significant positions at Best Buy, including General Manager and Supervisor roles, and has been a Board Member for the Sauk River Chain of Lakes. Matthew's early career includes experience as a Sales Trainer at Magnolia Home Theater and Sales Manager at Minnesota Electronics. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from St. Cloud State University.
