Clinical Operations Lead @ Genentech at Magnit

Cristina Delgado-Howard has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Cristina has served as the Clinical Operations Lead at Genentech for Magnit since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Publications Coordinator and Research Support Specialist at the UCSF Department of General Pediatrics starting in 2015. From 2019 to 2022, they were an ORISE Research Fellow at the United States Aeromedical Research Laboratory. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Writer for the US Army Special Operations Aviation Regiment at International Development Resources LTD. Cristina also has experience in teaching and project management, having served as a Co-instructor and Project Manager at the School of Architecture and Planning, University at Buffalo from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they have worked as a Community Planner and Project Coordinator for Healthy Kids, Healthy Communities - Buffalo Partnership in 2013. Cristina has also held positions as an APPUC Study Project Manager at the UCSF Institute for Health Policy Studies, a Planning Intern at the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, and a Strategic Planning Intern at the City of Buffalo Office of Strategic Planning. Lastly, they served as a Dissemination Core Project Assistant at the UCSF Center for AIDS Prevention Studies and Prevention Research Center from 2008 to 2009.

Cristina Delgado-Howard has a diverse education history. Cristina obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Architecture from the University at Buffalo - School of Architecture and Planning, completing their studies between 2013 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the State University of New York at Buffalo, earning an MUP degree from 2010 to 2013. In 2006 to 2008, Cristina engaged in professional development through technical and professional writing at San Francisco State University, although no degree was obtained. Cristina began their educational journey at the University of Oregon, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from 2001 to 2003. Alongside their education, Cristina has also obtained certifications such as the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera (2022), Lean Leader Certified from Army Futures Command (2021), and Occupational Hearing Conservationist (OHC) from the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation in October 2019.
