Rebecca Samarasinghe Perrault has a comprehensive work experience in the areas of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), culture and communications, and organizational development. Rebecca is currently serving as the Global Vice President of Culture and Diversity at Magnit, where they lead the company's efforts in advancing DEI and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Rebecca has also held roles as the Global Vice President and Senior Director of DEI at Magnit.
Prior to their work at Magnit, Rebecca worked as the Director of D&I and Senior Manager at Exponential Talent LLC, a consulting group focused on helping organizations effectively engage with diversity and inclusion. Rebecca has had extensive experience in consulting, strategic planning, performance management, and organization development as an Independent Consultant.
Before their independent consulting work, Rebecca worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where they specialized in talent management, organization and talent consulting, and succession planning. Rebecca has also worked at various other companies such as Aptalis, Gilead Sciences, Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies, Varian Medical Systems, Applied Materials, and Raytheon, where they gained experience in change management, communications, and training.
Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated a passion for driving diversity and inclusion in the workplace and leveraging it as a catalyst for organizational growth and success.
Rebecca Samarasinghe Perrault has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Gonzaga University. Rebecca also pursued Business Administration at the same university, specializing in Finance and Marketing.
