Christina Hambäck

Christina Hambäck is the current Head of Business Development and Sustainability at Magnolia Bostad. Christina has held this position since August 2018. Prior to that, they were the Chef Verksamhetsutveckling & Hållbarhet at Magnolia Bostad from August 2015 to July 2018. Christina was also the Deputy Head of Capital Markets at Newsec from October 2011 to June 2015.

Christina Hambäck has extensive experience in business development, sustainability, and HR. Christina is a member of the company's executive leadership team and is responsible for Magnolia Bostad's business development, analysis, sustainability, and HR functions. Christina Hambäck is also responsible for the company's capital markets transactions, M&A, business development, customer satisfaction, and internal efficiency. Christina has seven direct reports and is a member of the company's management and leadership teams.

Christina Hambäck started their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from Stockholm University. Christina then went on to complete a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Bygg och fastighetsekonomi from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Lastly, they completed a degree in Internationell ekonomi from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Christina Hambäck reports to Johan Tengelin, CEO. Christina Hambäck works with Suzana Bossel - Head of Marketing & Communications, Hanna Jessing - Head of Legal, and Fredrik Westin - CFO.
