Jennifer Davis

Jennifer Davis has over 15 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles. Jennifer is currently working as the Lead of Compensation & Benefits at Magnolia Oil & Gas since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Compensation Benefits Analyst at EP Energy from March 2020 to April 2021. Jennifer has also held various positions at Perry Homes, LLC, including Director of Compensation and Benefits from July 2017 to March 2020, Compensation and Benefits Manager from December 2010 to July 2017, and Assistant Payroll Manager from July 2006 to December 2010. Before joining Perry Homes, they worked as an Accounting Clerk at Joel J. Marin, CPA from August 2005 to May 2006, and as a Bookkeeper at Charles M. Stagg, CPA from November 2003 to August 2005. Throughout their career, Jennifer has gained extensive experience in managing compensation and benefits teams, conducting analysis and planning, overseeing incentive programs, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Jennifer Davis earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Houston at Clear Lake from 2005 to 2008. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management from the same university, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.
