Fernando Cherchi is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and IT leadership. Currently serving as Engineer Manager at Magnolia since January 2022, Fernando previously held roles such as IT Area Lead for Digital & Brand Experience at ING España&Portugal, managing a team of 40 FTE, and Lead Software Engineer at Blue Harvest, focusing on innovative FinTech solutions. In prior positions, Fernando contributed significantly to software architecture and development at Company.info, SMRT Projects, Asset Control, and Athelia Solutions, building systems utilizing technologies such as Java, OSGi, and RFID.
