Joe Reefer has over 45 years of experience in leadership and operations management. Currently serving as General Manager at Magnussen Home Furnishings since 2005, Joe has honed skills in overseeing business operations and team management. Prior to this role, Joe worked as Operations Manager at UPS Logistics from 2002 to 2005, where logistics and supply chain optimization were key focuses. Joe's career began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where Joe held the rank of Gunnery Sergeant from 1975 to 1995, gaining extensive experience in military leadership and operations.
