Melissa K. is the founder of Pantry Retreats, a role held since June 2023. Previously, Melissa has served as a Software Quality Assurance Manager at Magpi since May 2012, where responsibilities include developing software testing plans, leading automated and manual testing, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Melissa has a strong background in project delivery, having developed over seven training programs, and has held various technical roles, including Software Engineer in Test and Technical Solutions Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Kenya Methodist University, a CISA certification from Strathmore University, and a Mobile Application Programming Certification from eMobilis Academy.
