Ellen Drennen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales management. Since December 2012, Ellen has held various leadership roles at Magswitch Technology, Inc., including Director of Systems and Customer Experience, Inside Sales Manager, and Customer Service Manager. Prior to this, Ellen worked as an Independent Representative for Silpada Designs from 2009 to October 2011, and served as Customer Service/Communications Manager at Nordstrom from July 2000 to September 2010. Ellen holds a degree from Colorado State University, completed between 1995 and 1999, and also attended The University of Kansas in 1994-1995.
