Claus Mathiesen

Claus Mathiesen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of medical application science, neuroscience, and leadership coaching. Currently serving as a Medical Application Scientist and Application Specialist at MagVenture since January 2016, Claus has previously held significant roles including Lab Manager and Senior Scientist at the University of Copenhagen, where Claus led problem-solving teams and developed analytical tools. Prior to that, Claus founded Mathiesen Consult, focusing on personal coaching and leadership training, and worked as a Consultant at PMI, addressing workplace obstacles and promoting a collaborative culture. Claus also has a history in research, serving as Department Head at NeuroSearch A/S and has held roles at NeuroSearch and Lundbeck focusing on electrophysiology and pharmacodynamics. With a Ph.D. in Medicine and Pharmacology and a background in neuroscience, Claus combines scientific expertise with leadership and personal development training.
