Zsolt Somogyi

Zsolt Somogyi has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Zsolt started their career in 1991 at T-Com, where they worked as a Customer Service Manager and later became a Siebel project Team Leader and Call Center shift leader. In 2006, they joined DSR Information-Technology Ltd as the Leader of Technical Customer Service and eventually became the Technical Manager, overseeing the IT Technical department and leading the development of digital voice recorders. In 2009, they joined Sagemcom Hungary Electronical Ltd as the Leader of Technical Customer Service. Currently, they work at Magyar Telekom as the Chief Product Owner since 2020, where they also serve as a Six Sigma+Lean Black Belt project manager and senior expert since 2011.

Zsolt Somogyi earned a BSc degree in IT from Kandó Kálmán Technical College from 1988 to 1991. Zsolt also obtained a BSc degree in Manager Engineer from the Technical College of Budapest from 2000 to 2001. In 2013, Zsolt obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from TÜV Rheinland Group.
