Sameer Tajnekar

Sameer Tajnekar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management and industrial relations. Currently serving as Group HR Head at Mahavir Group since October 2022, Sameer has previously held significant roles, including DGM and Head of HRD&IR at Banka BioLoo Limited, and Area HR at PVR Limited, where leadership and operational excellence were key focuses. Sameer’s earlier positions include Senior Executive of Human Resources at Shoppers Stop and Executive HR & Administration at Big Bazaar, alongside foundational HR roles at Time Technoplast Ltd. Sameer holds a Master in Labour Studies from the Regional Labour Institute Nagpur and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Hislop College.
