Manoj Varghese

Manoj Varghese has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. manoj is currently working at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited as the Vice President and Chief Engineer for the EV Platform. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Platform Head at the same company. Before joining Mahindra and Mahindra, they worked at Renault Nissan Technology and Business Centre India as the General Manager and Chief Vehicle Engineer for the Renault KWID Platform. manoj also served as the General Manager for Innovation & Creative LAB and Project Management at the same company. Manoj Varghese has previous experience with Renault, where they worked as the Chief of the Project Benchmarking in Paris, France. manoj has also worked at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India as the Deputy Head of Department for Vehicle Architecture and Assembly Engineering. Additionally, they have held positions at Renault India and Tata Motors as Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, respectively.

Manoj Varghese completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Collège des Ingénieurs from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Welding Engineering Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, between 1994 and 1996. manoj also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended RSK Hr Secondary School in Tiruchirapalli.
