Currently serving as Head of Organizational Development and HR Analytics at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Syam previously held the role of Lead HR at Mahindra Electric Vehicle Technology Center. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior HR Business Partner in the Financial Management and Strategy Group at YES BANK and HR Business Partner in Infrastructure Banking and Asset Reconstruction Groups at the same institution.
