Santosh Dustakar

Santosh Dustakar has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Santosh is currently serving as a Deputy Vice President - Compliance Risk and Credit - SME Business at Mahindra Finance since 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Mahindra Finance, including National Credit Manager, Channel Finance from 2016 to 2019, Senior Manager Customer Operations from 2012 to 2016, and Finance Manager from 2007 to 2012. In these positions, Santosh was responsible for corporate accounts, treasury accounting, board presentations, liaison with internal auditors, and regional teams. Santosh also served as Team Lead Manager, overseeing branch operations, and was involved in IT software system migration. Before joining Mahindra Finance, Santosh worked as a Deputy Manager at Centurion Bank Of Panjab Limited, where they managed back-end operations for retail loan customers.

Santosh Dustakar completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General and Finance from Mumbai University Mumbai, from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, Santosh obtained a Cost Accountant certification from The Institute Of Cost Accountants Of India.
