Sanjay Das

Sanjay Das has over 13 years of work experience in various roles within the financial services sector. Sanjay is currently employed as the Regional Business Head at Mahindra Home Finance. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy Vice President at Midland Microfin Ltd. Sanjay also served as the Regional Business Leader at Sambandh Finserve Pvt. Ltd. from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were the State Head at YES BANK from 2015 to 2019. Sanjay has also held positions at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. as a Zonal Manager and Regional Manager in their Microfinance Operation division. Sanjay started their career at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (formerly known as SKS Microfinance Limited), where they served as a Regional Manager and Area Manager.

Sanjay Das pursued a PGDM degree in Marketing and Finance from Centurion University of Technology and Management from 2006 to 2008.
