Swayantani Ghosh

Swayantani Ghosh currently serves as the Chief Sustainability and CSR Officer at Mahindra Logistics, a position held since November 2023, where responsibilities include defining ESG strategy, identifying risks and opportunities in logistics, and designing community initiatives with a focus on skill development and environmental sustainability. Earlier experiences include roles at Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited, Rediff.com, Repro India Limited, and Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd, with a strong background in corporate communications, marketing, and environmental sustainability. Swayantani holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
