Afsha Sethi

Afsha Sethi is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human capital consulting, operations, and research. Currently serving as an ex officio member of the UWC Council and Head of the UWC Committee (India), Afsha has a solid foundation in leadership cultivated during tenure at UWC India since May 2021. Early career positions include an Operations Specialist at Learning Enterprises Organization, a Development Associate at The Lavin Agency, and various internships. Afsha's educational credentials include a Graduate Student in Management from Esade and a Bachelor's Degree in International Political Economy from The College of Idaho, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from UWC Mahindra College.
