Hern Kim is a seasoned medical device design consultant with expertise in rapid product development for Class I/II/III medical devices. They have a strong background in front-end concept development, ergonomic study, mechanical features, prototyping/design validation, and full-scale manufacturing. Their experience includes working on various medical devices such as catheter delivery/control systems, dental devices, ergonomic handhelds, surgical robotics, imaging systems, medical carts, and lab benchtop equipment.

In 2007, Hern Kim started their career at HERNETICS, LLC, where they worked as a Medical Device Design Consultant. They provided their expertise in rapid product development for medical devices until the present time.

In 2020, Hern Kim took on the role of Chief Design Officer at EZ Scope.
