Yen Dertha Saragih has extensive experience in the healthcare and telecommunications sectors. Since March 2009, Yen has worked at Mahkota Medical Centre, managing both the Bandung and Surabaya representative offices while developing marketing strategies to attract patients to MMC Malaka Malaysia. Prior to this role, Yen served as an Account Manager and CDS Account Manager at PT. Smart Telecom from July 2007 to August 2009, providing tailored data and voice solutions for corporate clients. Yen also gained experience as a Personal Marketing Officer at HSBC from September 2004 to June 2007. Yen holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universitas Airlangga, completed in 2004.
